Yoghurt Face Mask- Skincare from the Fridge

Self care with a side of Topical Microbiome Support

A yoghurt face mask is a brilliant, simple and cheap way to support your skin microbiome health. It gently exfoliates the skin (due to the natural lactic acid in yoghurt) and supports the microbiome balance due to yoghurt containing live cultures.

HOW TO:

  1. Spoon 1tbs of full fat plain yoghurt into a small bowl

  2. Optional- add 1tsp of raw honey (best recommendation if you’re getting fancy is ACTIVIST MANUKA for its raw, potent Mānuka honey)

  3. Apply to the skin for up to 20mins

  4. Gently remoce with warm water on a face washer

  5. Skin soak or apply a rose mist to hydrate and then your usual skincare

  • Try for 1-2 times a week
